Announcement on the organization of the competitive selection prcedure for awarding licences for the use of radio frequencies in the digital terrestrial television system
 
The Romanian National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications (ANCOM) invites all the interested persons to participate in the competitive selection procedure for awarding digital terrestrial television multiplexes.
 
Starting from 15 December 2016, the Terms of Reference may be obtained from the ANCOM headquarters in 2 Delea Noua Street, Bucharest, Sector 3, or, on the buyer’s request, may be sent to the respective buyer as hardcopy or in electronic format, upon the interested person’s presenting the following:
  • a document proving the payment of a non-refundable amount of RON4,000, representing the corresponding value of the Terms of Reference, either at the ANCOM pay desk in 2 Delea Noua Street, Sector 3, or in the ANCOM account no. RO60TREZ70020F365000xxxx opened with the Activity of Treasury and Public Accountancy of Bucharest, fiscal code 14751237, whereas the payment order must specify ANCOM as the Beneficiary and that the payment represents the corresponding value of the Terms of Reference;
  • the mandate, in original, of the person delegated to take the Terms of Reference.
Where the corresponding value of the Terms of Reference is paid from outside Romania, the interested persons may pay the amount specified in the previous paragraph, in EUR, at the exchange rate communicated by the National Bank of Romania, valid on the day of payment, into the account no. RO86RNCB0082044181470003 opened with the Romanian Commercial Bank – Unirea Branch.
 
The Terms of Reference may be taken Monday to Thursday, between 09:00 and 16:00 and Friday between 09:00 and 14:00 (local time).
 
The deadline for submitting the application files and the initial offers is 27 January 2017, 14:30 hours.
