ANCOM notification

ANCOM makes available to the interested persons the notification form, in editable electronic format.

 

This notification form must be used in view of transmitting to ANCOM any category of information related to the provision of public electronic communications networks or of publicly available electronic communications services (except for the number-independent interpersonal communications services), whether it concerns the commencement of the activity in the field, the provision of new networks or services, the modification of the information relating to networks and services transmitted by means of a previous notification, the modification of the information regarding the identification data of the provider, representative, contact person, etc. or even the cessation of the provision of networks or services.
