Renouncement
If, after becoming a provider of public electronic communications networks or publicly available electronic communications services, you wish to waive this capacity, you must send ANCOM a standard-request (Romanian version to be filled in, English version only for information purpose), in original, alongside the document proving the capacity as a mandated representative of the provider, should this be another person than the one indicated in the standard notification form or in the case of expired representative appointment.
