Hundreds of on-net voice minutes, hundreds of on-net SMS, national minutes included or preferential tariffs for certain destinations. What should you choose? Choose the offer that best suits your needs.

Before choosing an offer or a telephony provider, you should check:

availability of the telephone service in your area, for fixed telephony;
coverage, for mobile telephony; N.B. Such information is available directly in the provider’s shops/ pay offices or upon accessing the coverage maps posted on the provider’s website.Bear in mind that such maps reflect only outdoor coverage and their indicative values are not guaranteed.
tariffs: connecting/ installation tariff, monthly flat rate and whether this is bound by the purchase of a certain service package, tariff for using/ renting additional equipments (as the case may be), roaming tariffs/ international call tariffs;
number of minutes/ SMS included in the subscription/ credit/ extraoption, networks on which they may be used, usage order and tariffs applicable after the included minutes/ SMS have been used;
service installation/ activation term;
trouble notification procedure and repair term;
penalties you are entitled to if the provider breaks certain contract clauses;
minimum compulsory contract period;
early termination fees;
whether the handset purchased along with the service is locked to the network.
